Inspiration: Halloween at Target


American consumers spend about $6 billion on Halloween, according to the National Retail Federation. To tap into this growing opportunity, Target asked Office to create a marketing campaign that would help the stores become known as the Halloween shopping destination, and would get shoppers into the store earlier in the season.
